There are a variety of Ridge Cap products which can compliment
your roof and suit your specific needs. All Ridge Cap is made from
existing cedar shakes and shingles. Handsplit shake Ridge Cap is a
specialty item made to order.
#1 Tapersawn Ridge
This ridge cap comes in thickness of 5/8” and 7/8” with
lengths of 18” and 24”. A #1 grade product with no
defects is suitable for most projects.
#2 Tapersawn Ridge
This ridge cap comes in 5/8” and 7/8” thicknesses with
lengths of 18” and 24”. A #2 product with no visible
defects on the exposed face, an economic choice for many.
Shingle Hip and Ridge
Shingle Hip and Ridge is made from 16” or 18” shingles
and comes in thickness of 3/8” , #1 Shimgle Hip and Ridge is
100% Vertical grain. #2 Shingle is free from defects on the exposed
face with limited flat grain
