VOCOMP-30
VOCOMP-30 is a ready-to-use, 30% solids Concrete Curing and Sealing Compound formulated of special acrylic polymers in a true water-base carrier. VOCOMP-30 provides improved resistance to rain, sun, freezing temperatures, most acids and industrial chemicals, petroleum, deicing salts, cleaning agents (except aromatic solvents), diluted caustics and other pollutants.
Color-wise, VOCOMP-30 appears "milky-white" in the container and when first applied, leaves a "bluish" cast on the concrete for easy visual coverage. VOCOMP-30 dries clear to provide a transparent sheen finish. This sheen can be controlled by the number of coats applied. VOCOMP-30 meets maximum VOC content limits of 700 g/L for Concrete Curing and Sealing Compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule.
SURE-STEP
SURE-STEP slip-resistant additive is a finely ground polymer material for addition to concrete sealers for slip resistance. This additive can be added to most film-forming water and solvent-based sealers, including the CS-309™, SEAL-CURE™ and VOCOMP® Series, as well as TIAH® and DECRA-SEAL™ from W. R. MEADOWS. Please consult sealer manufacturer prior to using, if using a product not listed above.
SURE-STEP provides improved chemical and abrasion resistance, and is more comfortable to bare feet on treated surfaces than sand or aggregate additives. The product's low density and insolubility characteristics will help reduce settling and provide optimum performance in its various applications, without changing the viscosity. Due to its low density, SURE-STEP stays suspended in thin materials.
LIN-SEAL
LIN-SEAL Penetrating and Anti-Spalling Compound is a specification-grade formulation of boiled linseed oil in mineral spirits. LIN-SEAL is specifically compounded to prevent the spalling and scaling of concrete. Meets maximum VOC content limits of 400g/L for concrete protective coatings as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule.
LIN-SEAL EMULSION
LIN-SEAL EMULSION Curing and Sealing Compound is a true water-base, high solids solution of boiled linseed oil. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is a liquid membrane cure for freshly placed concrete that helps retain original moisture to aid cement hydration and assist in the development of high early and ultimate strengths. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is a single application penetrating sealer that protects existing concrete from the effects of de-icing chemicals. It also prevents map cracking, checking, spalling and scaling.
LIN-SEAL EMULSION appears milky-white in the container and when first applied, providing visual identification of covered area. Once applied and dried, it forms a clear transparent film, which provides an impermeable seal for optimum water retention.

EVAPRE
EVAPRE Evaporation Retardant is an economical, high-quality, water-based compound. It is specifically designed to form a thin monomolecular film to reduce rapid moisture loss from the concrete surfaces prior to curing. EVAPRE provides a significant aid in producing high-quality concrete flatwork. Rapid evaporation of water is retarded, slab surface conditions are normalized, and workers can adhere more closely to established finishing schedules. EVAPRE is also VOC-compliant.
EVAPRE significantly reduces plastic shrinkage and cracking, wind crusting, stickiness, and sponginess which often cause poor and uneven surface texture. These conditions result when the hydration is more rapid than the movement of bleed water to the surface. EVAPRE effectively combats and minimizes the effects of rapid drying conditions such as low humidity, low dew point, high winds, direct sunlight, hot weather, heated concrete or placement of concrete in a heated enclosure or interior area during cold weather. The protective film shield disappears as soon as the concrete is no longer plastic.
EVAPRE-RTU
EVAPRE-RTU Ready-To-Use Evaporation Retardant is an economical, high quality, water-based compound. 1100 Clear Series
The 1100-CLEAR SERIES Water-Base Concrete Curing Compounds are formulated from hydrocarbon resins and may be used on interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces. Once applied, they form a liquid membrane that retains an optimum amount of water present in freshly placed concrete to allow complete hydration of the cement. NOTE: After approximately 4 weeks, the membrane begins to chemically break down. When the curing cycle is complete, the membrane will eventually dissipate from the surface. This process usually takes another 3 to 5 weeks under normal traffic, exposure to UV and weathering conditions.
The 1100-CLEAR SERIES meets maximum Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content limits of 350 g/L for Concrete Curing Compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule.
