The Boman Kemp Easy Well (or window well) is the right window well for any basement. Used to keep earth away from basement windows, the window well is designed to quickly bolt directly to the Boman Kemp Easy-Buck or can be bolted to the wall during a remodel application. Our window wells also allow IRC egress compliant.

Safety Grates
The safety grate is made of rolled angle iron steel and steel safety bars. It is designed to keep people and pets out of the Easy-Well window well and hold the weight of standard foot traffic.

Covers
The plastic window well cover is made of a polycarbonate plastic and is designed to be used along with the window well safety grate. It is used to keep debris and excess water out of the Easy-Well window well.

Ladders
The safety ladder is designed to assist people in emergency escape or egress. The safety ladder hangs in the back of the Easy-Well window well and is required in window wells that are deeper than 44” per IRC 2003.
