Being a shingle sealant
is a demanding job. You have to bond securely, and endure scorching
heat and bitter cold without slipping, cracking or separating from
the shingle.
Through years of experience, research and testing, Trumbull
engineers have developed three classes of shingle adhesives –
each designed to bond quickly and perform like no other, even in
the chilliest climates. Together they provide the performance you
need, for every roof under the sun.
Standard Asphalt Sealants (Shingle
Adhesive)
Stong, all-purpose sealant for warm to moderate climates.
Rubber-Modified Asphalt Sealants
(T-1000)
Improved cold-weather performance that won’t become overly
aggressive at high temperatures. Perfect for moderate to cold
climates.
Polymer-Modified Asphalt Sealants
(MSA)
Extra-tough, with low bonding temperatures. Designed for the
rigorous demands of cold-weather climates.
